Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and specialty considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Exotic Boots (custom-made with specialty materials)
  • Hats (for health and safety reasons)
  • Wallets (personal accessory items)

How to Return or Exchange

Follow these steps smoother than a two-step:

  2. Pack It Up: Securely package the item(s) with all original packaging and tags

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – wouldn’t want your return getting lost like a tumbleweed in the wind!

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:
